The fully fenced 4.5 acre lakeside Hendersonville, Tennessee home where the couple spent most of their married lives, is up for sale. There is no listed asking price, though we are sure it’s pretty steep as an appraisal of the property several years ago came in a little over $1.14 million.

“We know it’s going to be in the multi-millions,” said Stan Peacock, the listing broker with Cyre-Leike Realtors. “This is so far from a normal property. There’s no other place like this in the world.”

Johnny and June lived in the home until they died in 2003, just a few months apart. While the original home burned to ground in a fire in 2007, much of Johnny and June remain. June’s wardrobe room, which survived the fire, is now a modern studio apartment and the garage where Johnny kept all his cars remains. Seashells from Johnny and June’s other home in Jamaica are even embedded in the pavement. In case that’s not enough Cash for you, their son John lives across the street.
