How To Easily Delete Your Google Search History

There are plenty of reasons to want to delete your Google search history. Some of those reasons are for increased security, or maybe just to safeguard some of our more personal internet activities. Regardless of why you need to do so, deleting your Google search history is a mostly painless endeavour. Here are the steps you need to take.

Step 1

Head over to your Web and App Activity page on google. You can find it here

Step 2

On the top left corner of the page, select the menu. This will give you more options regarding what data you’d like to access. Your choices are web and app activity, voice and audio activity, device information, location history, YouTube watch history, and YouTube search history.

Step 3

You can delete the data you see by clicking the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner of the screen and selecting “Delete Options”

Step 4

You can select how far back you wish to delete your search history after clicking “Delete Options”. You can delete your history from Today, or even your entire search history.
