How To Fit In Your Wedding Gown

When planning a wedding, one thing that you need to focus on is looking great in your wedding gown.

In order to meet the goal, it is necessary to up your cardio as well as burn more calories in order to shed that last layer of fat.

Rather than just doing cardio 3 or 4 times a week, increase it to 5 sessions. Don’t change what you are doing already, simply add this on top of what you are already doing.

The biggest change of all, though, needs to be adjusting your diet. One choice is the 16/8 plan, which is to fast every day for 16 hours and only eat during an eight-hour window. Some like their weekends to remain normal, so only follow the plan M-F. A good rule is to eat between 8am and 4pm each weekday. Meaning eating breakfast and lunch, but skipping dinner.

Fasting 16 hours a day doesn’t mean depriving yourself of calories or going hungry. In fact, some more than 2,000 calories every day, but just group eating during the day before 4 p.m. This gives the body ample time to fully digest everything before eating again, with no bloating whatsoever. It also means you wake every morning with a flat tummy. This process also makes you more mindful of the kinds of foods you eat.  When you’re only eating during such a small window each day, you don’t have really have time to waste on food that will make you feel terrible.

It may sound miserable to skip dinner every weeknight, but you get used to it within a few days. And this may sound strange, but it feels really nice to go to sleep on an empty stomach each night for a change. It helps you sleep soundly, straight through the night, since your body isn’t working overtime to digest a huge dinner. Instead of waking hungry, you wake up with boundless energy and have no problem getting through your morning workout before digging into a nutritious meal.
